SN Reservations service offerings include:

  1. Operator Dial Out (Basic): A SN Video Operator will dial out to all sites and connect them to your conference. They ensure that the sound and video quality meets all required standards and can implement any additional options (such as recording and streaming) on your behalf. If assistance is required, our operators are only a phone call away and they will join your conference to assist.

  2. Managed Dial Out: A SN Video Operator will dial out to all sites and connect them to your conference. They will ensure sound and video quality meets all industry standards and implement any additional options (such as recording and streaming) on your behalf. They will also stay on the call and monitor the feed for the duration of your conference. You can ask for their assistance at anytime during your meeting, All operators are specially trained on an ongoing basis and can perform a multitude of tasks to assist with your meeting.

  3. Event Level Dial Out: Similar to Managed Dial Out service, however more than one operator will be assigned to your call depending on the logistics of the conference.
