Add/Change Requests:

If you require work that is not contracted for or is deemed as an optional service, SN will provide you with a Work Order outlining the work and/or services to be provided, deliverables and associated costs. Once you has signed and returned the Work Order, SN will complete the work.

There will be two (2) hours of revisions per webcast. Additional revisions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Banner revisions
  • Image / graphics revisions
  • Text / content revisions

Any additional revisions will necessitate a Work Order including a quote from SN for the additional work. Upon approval, the work shall be performed by SN within 24 hours.
